We specialize in a wide variety of experiences across both countries. Our main categories include Cultural & Heritage Tours (like the Golden Triangle), Wildlife & Jungle Safaris (India), Spiritual & Pilgrimage Tours (Varanasi, Bodh Gaya, Pashupatinath), Adventure & Trekking Tours (Nepal), and Combined India-Nepal Tour Packages for those who want to see the best of both worlds.

Absolutely! While we have popular fixed itineraries for inspiration, we highly encourage customization. You can mix and match destinations (like adding Varanasi to a Nepal trip), choose your hotel category, or extend your stay. Just tell us your preferences, budget, and number of days, and we will build a personalized itinerary for you.

Our most popular combined itinerary is the “Glimpses of India with Nepal” package. It typically covers the highlights: Delhi, Agra (Taj Mahal), Jaipur, and then flies to Kathmandu to explore the Durbar Squares and Pokhara’s stunning landscapes. It’s perfect for first-time visitors who want a comprehensive overview.

Yes, spiritual tourism is one of our core strengths. In India, we frequently arrange trips to Varanasi (for the Ganga Aarti), Bodh Gaya (Buddhist pilgrimage), and Rishikesh (yoga). In Nepal, we cover Lumbini (the birthplace of Lord Buddha) and the holy temples of Kathmandu, including Pashupatinath.

We offer graded trekking packages. For beginners, we highly recommend the Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek. It is a short, tea-house trek with moderate daily walks and offers spectacular sunrise views of the Annapurna range without requiring prior trekking experience. You will be accompanied by an experienced local guide and porter.

We cater to all budgets. Depending on the package you choose, accommodation ranges from comfortable 3-star and 4-star hotels to luxury 5-star heritage palaces in India and boutique hotels in Nepal. For treks in Nepal, accommodation is in basic but cozy local “tea houses” or lodges.

No. As per our booking guidelines, Indian citizens can travel to Nepal with either a valid passport OR an Indian Voter ID card issued by the Election Commission of India. However, we recommend carrying a passport as it is the most universally accepted ID.

Booking is easy. You can reach us via the contact form on our website, email us, or call us directly. We will send you a customized quote and itinerary. To confirm the booking, we require an advance deposit (usually 25% to 30% of the tour cost). The balance can be paid upon arrival or before the start of the tour via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

Yes, both India and Nepal are welcoming tourists and are safe to visit. We constantly monitor local conditions. As a responsible tour operator, we ensure all our vehicles are sanitized, our partners follow safety protocols, and our guides are trained to assist you with a safe and memorable journey.

To provide you with the best local expertise, you will have different local guides in each major city. For example, you will have an Agra specialist for the Taj Mahal and a Kathmandu expert for the Durbar Squares. However, you will have the same driver and vehicle throughout your land journey (e.g., your Delhi-Jaipur-Agra road trip) for consistency.
(Note: Guides are Provided on Demand of Customers with extra charges.)

Yes, absolutely. All our packages include complimentary airport transfers. Our representative or driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a placard displaying your name to ensure a hassle-free arrival and departure.

India’s monsoon (June-September) rarely halts sightseeing, though it might cause short delays. We operate tours year-round. However, if you have booked a Nepal trek, flights to/from Lukla or Jomsom can be delayed due to weather. We always have contingency plans in place. We will never send you into an unsafe situation; if a route is unsafe, we will offer alternatives.

For all city tours and inter-city drives, we use exclusively private, air-conditioned vehicles. The type depends on the group size: a compact car for 1-2 people, a sedan or SUV for 3-4 people, and a larger Tempo Traveller for bigger groups. All vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and have professional, licensed drivers.

Our cancellation policy is standard in the travel industry. If you cancel a certain number of days before departure (e.g., 30 days), you receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made closer to the start date incur a percentage of the tour cost. We recommend reviewing the detailed policy on our website or your invoice, and we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
