Tell us what you want from India and Nepal. We design the route, price it honestly and run it ourselves — with no obligation to book.
It does not mean picking a package and changing the hotel. It means we start from a blank page and your interests, and build the route around them — which cities, how many nights in each, how long you are willing to sit in a car, and what you would rather skip.
Everything on this website is an example of one, not a fixed product. Every trip we have ever run was assembled this way.
Rough dates, how long you have, how many of you, and the two or three things you would be sorry to miss. You do not need a plan — that is our job.
Within about 24 hours you get a day-by-day route with hotels named, driving times shown honestly, and a price broken down by party size and vehicle.
Swap a city, add a night, drop the early start, raise or lower the hotel standard. There is no charge for redrafting and no limit on how many times.
Our own team meets you, drives you and guides you. One number reaches a person for the whole trip — not a call centre in another time zone.
Every journey is private. Your vehicle, your driver, your pace. Nobody else's schedule to keep to and no coach to be counted back onto.
Cost is per person by group size and vehicle — a sedan for two, an SUV for four, a tempo traveller for eight. More of you means less each. Nothing is hidden until the end.
Not a booking site reselling somebody else's tour. We employ the drivers and guides, so when something changes we can actually change it.
First as The Pearls of India, now as GoIndiaNepal. We know which hotel has changed hands, which road is dug up, and which festival will close the route.
We will tell you when a drive is genuinely long, when a month is too hot, and when the thing you have read about is not worth the detour.
The itinerary and the quote are free and yours to keep. Plenty of people take three drafts and travel a year later. That is fine.
Use one as a starting point and we will bend it around you — or ignore all of them and describe your own.

See examplesA group tour runs a fixed route on fixed dates with strangers, and its price depends on filling the coach. A tailor-made trip is built only for your party — your dates, your interests, your pace — and you travel privately throughout.
It depends far more on hotel standard and party size than on the route. Because pricing is per person by vehicle tier, two people travelling together always pay more each than a family of five on the same itinerary. Ask and we will quote your exact party rather than a headline figure.
The Golden Triangle works well in about a week. Combining India and Nepal properly wants two to three. Under five days we would rather tell you to focus on one city than sell you a week of driving.
October to March for northern India; October to November and March to May for trekking in Nepal. Monsoon is cheaper, greener and far quieter, but unreliable for mountain views. Our travellers' information page goes into this properly.
Yes — it is one of the things we are known for. It can be done by air between Delhi and Kathmandu, or overland. Tell us early, because the two countries have different visa arrangements and the border crossing changes the plan.
For October to March, three to six months gives you the best hotels. Shorter notice is usually still possible — we have put good trips together in a fortnight — but the choice of rooms narrows.
A few details is all we need to send you a real day-by-day plan and an honest price.
