Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted by your professional chauffeur who will assist with your luggage and escort you to your private, air-conditioned vehicle.

The remainder of the day is yours to relax and acclimate. In the evening, you may take a gentle stroll through the vibrant streets of Thamel, Kathmandu’s famous tourist hub, or enjoy a welcome dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant featuring cultural dance performances (can be arranged on request).

Begin your exploration of the Kathmandu Valley’s UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Visit Pashupatinath Temple, Nepal’s most sacred Hindu temple complex, located on the banks of the Bagmati River. Observe the cremation ceremonies along the riverbanks and explore the countless temples, ashrams, and the revered Guhyeshwari Temple.

Continue to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest spherical stupas in the world and a center of Tibetan Buddhism. Walk clockwise around the stupa, spin the prayer wheels, and observe monks in meditation.

In the afternoon, explore Patan Durbar Square, renowned for its exquisite Newari architecture. Visit the Krishna Mandir, the Patan Museum housed within a former royal palace, and marvel at the intricate woodwork and stone carvings that adorn this historic square.

Begin the day with a visit to Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, perched atop a hill with panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. The ancient stupa, with its all-seeing eyes of Buddha, is one of Nepal’s most sacred Buddhist sites.

Afterwards, visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, the historic heart of the city. Explore the Hanuman Dhoka Palace complex, the Kumari Ghar (home of the living goddess Kumari), and the intricately carved temples that surround the square, including the Taleju Temple and Kasthamandap — the wooden structure from which Kathmandu derives its name.

The remainder of the day is free to explore the local markets or relax.

Depart from Kathmandu and drive westward to Bandipur, a beautifully preserved Newari hill town perched on a ridge with stunning views of the Himalayas.

Upon arrival, wander through the cobblestone streets, lined with traditional red-brick houses, intricately carved windows, and pagoda-style temples. Visit the Bindabasini Temple, the Thani Mai Temple, and the Khadak Devi Shrine. Stroll to the Tundikhel viewpoint for breathtaking panoramas of the Annapurna, Langtang, and Ganesh Himal ranges.

After breakfast, continue your journey to Pokhara, a tranquil lakeside city nestled beneath the Annapurna range. The scenic drive offers glimpses of terraced fields, rushing rivers, and distant mountain views.

Upon arrival, enjoy a leisurely boat ride on Phewa Lake, where the reflection of the Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) Mountain dances on the calm waters. Spend the evening strolling along the Lakeside promenade, lined with cafes, bookshops, and handicraft stores.

Rise early for a pre-dawn drive to Sarangkot Hill, the premier viewpoint for sunrise over the Himalayas. Watch as the first rays of sunlight illuminate Annapurna South, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, and the entire Annapurna range in a breathtaking display of gold and crimson.

Return to the city for a relaxed morning. Later, explore Devi’s Falls, a cascading waterfall that disappears into an underground tunnel. Visit the Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, located directly opposite the falls, offering views of the waterfall from within.

Depart from Pokhara and drive south to Lumbini, the sacred birthplace of Lord Buddha. The journey takes you through the Terai plains, passing through rural villages and lush agricultural landscapes.

Upon arrival, take a quiet evening walk through the Lumbini Garden, where Maya Devi is said to have given birth to Prince Siddhartha in 563 BCE. Experience the serene atmosphere as monks chant their evening prayers.

Embark on a full day of wildlife adventures in Chitwan National Park.

Begin with an early morning jeep safari into the dense jungles. Explore the park’s diverse ecosystems — from riverine forests to grasslands and wetlands. Look for the iconic one-horned rhinoceros, Bengal tiger (with patience and luck), sloth bears, spotted deer, wild boars, and over 500 species of birds including the magnificent great hornbill.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you may use the remainder of the day for last-minute souvenir shopping in Thamel or simply relax at your hotel.
