The Golden Triangle done slowly, in a better car. Seven days means the itinerary breathes — late starts where you want them, an afternoon that is genuinely free, and the monuments timed for the hours when the light is worth the early alarm.
The premium here is the vehicle and the driving, not the hotel. You travel in an Innova Crysta or equivalent — more room, quieter, better on a long day — with the same driver for the whole week rather than a handover in each city. Fuel, tolls, state and interstate taxes, parking and route permits are all paid.
Hotels are yours to choose. We are happy to book heritage and palace properties for you at additional cost, and we will tell you honestly which rooms are worth asking for, because we have stayed in them. But you are not paying us a markup on a room unless you want to.
What is not included — hotels, meals, guides, monument tickets — is deliberate. Most travellers want to choose their own rooms and eat where they like, and paying an agency to book a hotel you could book yourself is money wasted. If you would rather we arranged all of it, we will. Ask when you enquire and we will quote it alongside the itinerary.
We are a family business and we have been driving these roads for thirty years.
If you are weighing up routes, every India journey we run is listed on the India tours page, and the way our car-and-driver pricing works is explained on private car and driver in India.
