Q: Does the driver speak English?
A: Yes, all our drivers possess excellent working knowledge of English, sufficient for all travel needs, navigation, and general conversation. For in-depth historical explanations at monuments, we recommend hiring licensed local guides.

Q: What type of vehicle will we get?
A: The vehicle depends on your group size. For 1-3 persons, we provide a Suzuki Dzire sedan. For 3-5 persons, a spacious Toyota Innova/Crysta. For 4-8 persons, a Tempo Traveller minibus. All vehicles are fully air-conditioned and well-maintained.

Q: Is the driver available in the evenings?
A: Yes, the vehicle and driver are at your disposal throughout the day, including evenings for local travel, dinners, or shopping. However, your driver needs rest to ensure safe driving the next day—typically available until 9-10 PM unless other arrangements are made.

Q: Can we request a specific driver?
A: If you have traveled with us before and wish to request a specific driver, we will do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, we assign the most suitable driver based on your route and requirements.

Q: What if we exceed the 200 km per day allowance?
A: The 200 km is calculated as an average over your entire tour, not per day. We track the total distance and only charge for kilometers beyond the cumulative allowance at a transparent rate (varies by vehicle type). For this itinerary, the estimated distance is well within the allowance.

Q: What about tips for the driver?
A: Tipping is not included and is entirely at your discretion. If you are satisfied with the service, a tip at the end of the journey is appreciated but never expected.

Q: Is the vehicle insured?
A: Yes, all our vehicles are fully insured as required by Indian law. Your driver holds all necessary permits and licenses to drive international tourists.

Q: What happens in case of a medical emergency?
A: Your driver will assist you in reaching the nearest reputable hospital immediately. We also strongly recommend that you carry comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies.

Q: Do we need to hire guides at each monument?
A: While your driver provides excellent general information, hiring licensed local guides at major monuments enhances the experience with deeper historical and cultural context. We can arrange guides on request.

Q: What are the approximate entrance fees?
A: Monument entrance fees are subject to change, but approximate costs for foreign tourists: Taj Mahal (₹1100), Agra Fort (₹650), Amber Fort (₹500), Qutub Minar (₹600). These are payable directly or can be arranged through us.

Q: Is the Taj Mahal open every day?
A: The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays for prayers. Please plan your itinerary accordingly. It is open all other days from sunrise to sunset.

A: Photography is allowed at most monuments, but tripods and drones are generally prohibited. Some monuments may have small fees for professional photography. Your driver will advise you on site.
