Nothing scheduled. Most international flights land in the early hours and the first day is better spent adjusting than sightseeing.
Old Delhi in the morning: Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk. New Delhi after: Humayun Tomb, Qutub Minar, and a drive past the government quarter. With a full day you can also fit Lodhi Garden, which is where Delhi goes to breathe.
Three and a half hours on the expressway. Agra Fort in the afternoon and sunset over the Taj from Mehtab Bagh across the river.
Taj at sunrise. Then the drive to Jaipur with a proper stop at Fatehpur Sikri, and time for Chand Baori stepwell at Abhaneri if you take the Bharatpur road. Chand Baori is 3,500 steps cut into a square well and almost nobody outside India has heard of it.
Amber Fort early, before the heat and the queues. City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal after. The extra day means you can also walk the old bazaars around Johari and Bapu, which is where Jaipur is most itself.
Five hours by road, with a stop if you want one. Depart Delhi in the evening or stay a final night.

Yes, if you can spare the time. The monuments are the same; the experience of seeing them is considerably better without three consecutive long drives.
October to March. April and May are very hot in Rajasthan, and July to September brings the monsoon.
Not comfortably. A tiger safari needs two nights to be worth doing, which makes it an eight-day trip.
